I'm tired from trying to get Bug to stop this crazy new thing of hers. Recently, she started getting up at all whack-a-do hours of the night. Then she runs up and down the hall. Followed by crying. Let her out and she sits. Bring her back and she does laps around the house, over the bed, over Tim and back down the hall again.
It's not fun. Good things she's so flippin' cute. As it has saved her butt many a time.
Anyway, I'm tired again today. This is what I look like.
As a dog owner, (and as I'm sure you know), the phase will pass.
ReplyDeleteWorry when TIM starts doing the same thing.
HAHAHAHAHAHA.
DeleteYou made me laugh out loud.
Hope you got a nap in! Your Wonder Woman Pig is great and I like your blog. Happy to find it and follow for more!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Pam. I just checked out your blog and you are now on my food roll. Looking forward to seeing what you cook up. Cheers and boogie boogie.
DeleteSure you don't have a mouse in the house or something small scurrying about? Hopefully NOT, but you never know!
ReplyDeleteHope you're able to get a nap in today!
I tried to nap but it didn't work.
Deletemaybe she drinks too much coffee and has insomnia :) Or maybe you just have ghosts and she sees them.....
ReplyDeleteAll those puppuccinos before bed.
DeleteYou look mahhhhvelous!
ReplyDeleteCheers!
Linda :o)
Why thank you.
DeleteWhen I first read this, I thought you were talking about your child (in human form). It could go either way, but I'm glad you're referring to your dog. I hope you've caught up on some rest and that she starts to calm down.
ReplyDeleteHave a peacefull weekend, Happy Whisk.
xoRobyn
You have a great weekend too. Welcome back to blogging.
DeleteIt's OK! I look like that everyday!
ReplyDeleteI'm starting to.

I have two different Wonder Woman mugs, but I don't have that one. Thanks.
DeleteHopefully it's just a phase and in a couple of weeks she'll be past it.
ReplyDeleteIt's been a few weeks now already.
Deletedogs can get away with almost anything with an adorable face
ReplyDeleteVery true.
DeleteHas she been spayed?
ReplyDeleteShe was fixed a long time ago, yeppers.
DeleteI wish our animals could talk, so we can ask them what's going on. My cats do this in the middle of the night; run around the house chasing each other, and having a grand old time. It's because they sleep all day and have so much energy to burn at night. Between them and my snoring hubby, I'm beginning to look like the photo you posted here. Hahahaha...
ReplyDeleteAnyhow, I hope this passes soon, so you can get some real sleep. Even wonder woman has her energy limits. Any clues as to why she's behaving this way?
All yesterday, I wanted to wake Bug during her two billion nappy naps. Same here on the Hubby snores.
DeleteNot sure why, but it's been for a few weeks. She was doing good when we walked them before bed. So that's an idea.
She did better last night. Or, I did, in that when she jumped off the bed, I didn't budge. I pretended to be sleeping and she came back to bed, and snuggled in.
You poor thing. I know exactly what you are going through. My cat used to do the same thing. I really isn't fun especially when you have to get up early to go to work. Hope you get plenty of sleep. Cheers!!
ReplyDeleteI slept better last night, thanks.
DeleteAnimals are funny, eh? How old is your cat?
