I love this chocolate. I made brownies with it today. A friend at work gave me the idea to make them in mini muffin pans.

I'm still trying to process that. Are you sure? Maybe you forgot you had. You know, like when you forget how to spell 'where' and you think you should spell it 'wear' but that doesn't seem right either but all you definitely know is that it shouldn't have an 'h' in it.
I mean, even I grill, and I couldn't cook my way out of a paper bag.
Oh, wait. I'm from Texas. Sorry. Cultural confusion there. I suppose it's okay for people outside of Texas not to have grilled meat before. I suppose.
The only time to grill meat is on a barbecue and baste it liberally or a bit of help from George Foreman, that's a nice looking chop, never heard of the chocolate product before.ReplyDelete

Hi Lurker: I used barbecue sauce for the chop and put it in the broiler for ten minutes. Came out pretty good, some parts were super good. Do you have a favorite meat to barbecue?
Hello Porky: How about you? Do you have a favorite grilled meat? Being a long time veghead, I've only grilled potatoes, onions, cheese and butter, all wrapped in a foil pocket. They were gooood, too. Thank you for the nice words and the clarification about the 'Burbs. You all crack me up.

I've never used that brand of chocolate. I'll look for it. Grilled chicken...so yummy. Lots of different ways to make it, depending on how you herb and spice it up.ReplyDelete

Actually we used to grill a number of vegetables including but not limited to peppers, corn on the cob, eggplant and (favorite, favorite!) portabello mushrooms! Woo hoo!

@ Whisk - It sounds better than good! I'm not a vegetarian, but I don't really want to encourage the eating of the nice animals - I'll say only 'maybe'..! A mix of veg grilled with cheese on toast is a quick and easy snack. I'm a big fan of stewing at the moment and a good thick sauce.ReplyDelete
