My cooking tastes very good but my presentations are not great. Oh, well. LOL! I have made roast pork many a time and it turns out beautifully. I just put it into a baking pan, sprinkle a little salt and pepper on it and make little "pockets" at the top of the roast where I put garlic cloves. I roast it for one hour a 300F, then another hour at 350F.
