Turkey is okay but only with itself. <br />I typically mix the meat with 1 egg, and haf a cup to a cup of crumbs or oatmeal. I'll mix in a little spices and some sauce bbq or ketchup being most common and bake.<br />I don't like to add veggies into the meat load itself usually but every now and again i'll form a big hollow loaf and stuff it with spinach mushrooms and cheese and close it up prior to cooking.(leave a couple holes for juices to escape).
